Nun sind wir so weit: hier kommt mein zweiter Blogeintrag. In diesem möchte ich euch Firmen vorstellen, welche Babyclubs beziehungsweise einmalig kostenlose Babyartikel im Sinne eines Werbegeschenkes anbieten. Am Schluss gibt es noch ein kurzes Update zu meiner Schwangerschaft. Wer also lediglich nur an einem Teil dieses Eintrages interessiert ist, kann gerne zu diesem herunterscrollen oder hier klicken.
Babyclubs und kostenlose Babyartikel
Als Erstes möchte ich vorab einmal sagen, dass ich keinerlei Kooperationen mit den nachfolgend genannten Firmen/ Unternehmen geschlossen habe. Der wirklich einzige Grund, warum ich diese benenne, liegt darin, dass ich als Studentin weiß, wie eng das Portmonee von werdenden Eltern sein kann. Ich hoffe euch hiermit eventuell den Kauf des ein oder anderen Zubehörs ersparen zu können beziehungsweise enthalten viele Werbeartikel Proben, welche nützlich sein können, um Artikel vor dem Erwerb zu testen und sich eine eigene Meinung bilden zu können.
Rossmann babywelt
Der Drogerie-Gigant Rossmann bietet einen Babyclub namens babywelt an. Um sich hierfür anzumelden, muss man sich zunächst ganz gewöhnlich bei Rossmann registrieren. Nach der erfolgreichen Registrierung kann man die babywelt sozusagen freischalten.
Zunächst zum gewöhnlichen Rossmann Kundenkonto:
Durch die Anmeldung bekommt man den Zugang zu diversen Gutscheinen. Hierfür kann man sich beispielsweise die Rossmann-App für iOS herunterladen und sich einloggen. Anschließend werden verschiedene Coupons zur Verfügung gestellt, wobei die Rahmenbedingungen in jedem einzelnen Coupon nachzulesen sind. Man kann somit durch die Anmeldung auch Coupon zu „nicht Baby-Artikeln“ bekommen, so gibt es je nach Verfügbarkeit, welche für Tampons oder Soft-Tampons, Duschgele, diverse Säfte und Riegel, Parfüm, Make-up und vieles mehr. Das Angebot dieser Coupons variiert, weshalb ich an dieser Stelle keine Haftung für nicht-/ vorhandene Coupons übernehme.
Sobald man die babywelt freigeschaltet hat, erscheinen in der Gesamtübersicht der gewöhnlichen Coupons, auch die der babywelt. Enthalten sind unter Anderem auch Coupons für Windeln, Feuchttücher, Pflegeprodukte für Mama und/ oder Kind usw.
Doch nach der Anmeldung gibt es ebenfalls kostenlose Produkte. So bietet Rossmann eine „Vorfreude-Tasche“. Diese hat diverse Proben und je nach Füllung sogar NUK-Flaschen oder Schnuller für Neugeborene der Eigenmarke von Rossmann. Der Inhalt dieser Tasche wechselt, doch man kann immer davon ausgehen, dass man hierdurch ein wenig Geld sparen kann.
Man sollte immer nach den Coupons schauen, denn es werden auch öfters mal Windelpackungen von Pampers oder der Rossmann Eigenmarke als Gratis-Produkt angeboten.
Nach der Geburt kann man wohl lt. Angaben der Rossmann Website auf ein „Hurra-Paket“ warten. Zu diesem kann ich jetzt natürlich noch nichts sagen 😉
DM glückskind
Die Registrierung für DM glückskind funktioniert so ziemlich wie die von Rossmanns babywelt.
Sobald man sich eine entsprechende App auf sein Handy lädt, kann man diverse Coupons deaktivieren und diese dann an der Kasse einlösen. Auch hier sind die Rahmenbedingungen den einzelnen Coupons durch anklicken zu entnehmen.
Anstelle einer „Vorfreude-Tasche“ bietet DM gratis einen Still-Schal aus Bio-Baumwolle an. Selbst wenn ihr keinen Still-Schal an sich benötigt, könnt ihr diesen zuschneiden und als wieder verwendbare Tücher für das Kleine nutzen. Baumwolle ist robust und kann daher auch meist bei höheren Temperaturen in der Waschmaschine gewaschen werden. Vielleicht könnt ich euch so den Kauf des ein oder anderen Mulltuches sparen (ich weiß natürlich das dies nicht das Gleiche ist, doch eine kostenlose Alternative bestimmt). Auch DM bietet von Zeit zu Zeit gratis Windeln an. Regelmäßiges hereinschauen kann sich lohnen.
Wie bei Rossmann findet ihr hier ebenfalls Coupons zu den verschiedensten Artikeln wie Slip-Einlagen, Nexa Lotte (gegen Fliege-Viecher), Müsliriegel, Spülmaschinen-Tabs und vielem mehr.
Durch die Coupons der beiden Drogerie-Giganten war es uns möglich, bereits jetzt einen kleinen Bestand an Windeln anzusammeln. Bis zur Entbindung sind es noch ca 4,5 Monate also noch genug Zeit die angebotenen Coupons in Anspruch zu nehmen. Mein persönlicher Tipp: beide Drogerien bieten Gutscheine für das Schwangerschaftsöl von Weleda an. Dieses Öl hat mich schon so oft gerettet, als ich einfach nicht aufhören konnte zu kratzen (das tut sie nämlich, sobald sie sich anfängt auszudehnen). Natürlich wird dieses Öl euch nicht vor Dehnungsstreifen schützen können, doch es hat bei mir zumindest sehr gut gelindert.
Apta-Club
Der Apta-Club bietet einem nicht nur ein Kuscheltuch als Willkommensgeschenk an, sondern versendet auch nützliche Informationen zur Schwangerschaft als Newsletter. Wer jedoch nur das süße Kuscheltuch möchte, hat die Möglichkeit, sich anzumelden und nach Erhalt die Einwilligung zum Newsletter zu widerrufen.
Hipp Babyclub
Nach der Anmeldung bei dem Hipp Babyclub erhält man irgendwann bis zum vierten Schwangerschaftsmonat einen Schwangerschaftskalender. Ja da ist Hipp-Werbung drauf, aber wenn das Portmonee drückt, freut man sich dann nicht über kostenlose Artikel? Sofern man diese natürlich möchte.
Wir haben unseren behalten aber noch nicht ausgefüllt. Zugeschickt wurde meins personalisiert mit meinem Namen.
Zwischen dem vierten und neunten Schwangerschaftsmonat soll wohl noch ein Paket kommen, welches Pflegeartikel der Marke Hipp zur Probe enthält und einen Greifling der Firma JAKO-O. Dieses Paket hat mich bisher noch nicht erreicht, doch ich bin überzeugt, dass es mich in Zukunft erreichen wird.
Außerdem gibt es von Hipp, zumindest für iOS, eine App. In dieser kann man Wickelräume, Stillräume, Spielplätze u. v. m. in seiner Umgebung finden. Des Weiteren werden Kategorien wie „Babys Ernährung“ angeboten in welcher man bspw. einen Tagesplan für das Baby erstellen kann.
JAKO-O
Die Firma JAKO-O bietet einen kostenlosen Baby-Body an. Hierfür muss man diesen in den Warenkorb packen und die Vorteilsnummer mit angeben. Die genaue Anleitung findet ihr, sobald ihr bei Google nach „JAKO-O Body kostenlos“ sucht und könnt die Rahmenbedingungen hierzu auf der Seite des Anbieters nachlesen.
Wir hatten diesen bestellt und auch bereits erhalten. Der Baumwoll-Body fühlt sich qualitativ hochwertig an. Da man lediglich die Größe 68/74 erhält, wird es wohl noch eine Weile dauern, bis Baby Mizrahi diesen trägt.
Auch wenn Bodys nicht viel kosten, spart man hier zumindest die ca 9,- € für den Body und den Versand.
Bundeszentrale für gesundheitliche Aufklärung
Das Amt gibt einem Mal etwas kostenlos – gibts nicht? Da liegt ihr falsch. Auf der Seite des BZgA kann man sich nämlich zum aktuellen Stand kostenlos diverse Mutterpasshüllen bestellen. Diese werden in den Farben blau, orange oder blau-rosa angeboten.
Sofern ihr euren Mutterpass schützen wollt, jedoch auf eine teure Hülle von Amazon verzichten wollt, dann sind diese Hüllen gut geeignet. Bedenkt, dass in euren Mutterpass auch mehr als nur eine Schwangerschaft eingetragen werden kann und ihr für Folgeschwangerschaften diesen aufbewahren solltet.
Solltet ihr öfters mit dem Auto unterwegs sein, ist es empfehlenswert den Mutterpass für alle Fälle mitzunehmen. Dies führt u. U. zu einer erhöhten Abnutzung eures Mutterpasses.
Pampers Club
Obwohl man regelmäßig Coupons für Pampers in den Apps von Rossmann und DM erhält, kann sich auch die Anmeldung im Pampers Club lohnen.
Der Pampers Club bietet diverse Informationen und Tipps im Log-In Bereich an, sowie weitere Coupons. Welcher Sparfuchs lässt sich diese entgehen?
Pampers bietet eine App für iOS an, wo man Treuepunkte sammeln kann. Das funktioniert wie folgt:
Sobald man Pampers kauft, fotografiert man den Beleg. Nach Einreichung erhält man pro ausgegeben € (für Pampers-Produkte natürlich) 10 Punkte. Die gesammelten Punkte kann man gegen Prämien einlösen. Seien wir mal ehrlich, das Baby wird, wie viele hunderte von Windeln verbrauchen bis es trocken wird? – Ja richtig, viel zu viele. Wenn man Pampers eh kauft, warum nicht die Punkte sammeln? Derzeit werden diverse Kategorien unter den Prämien angeboten, wie Spielzeug, Babyzubehör, Babykleidung, Geschenkkarte u. v. m. Was ich besonders toll finde ist, dass man als Prämie auch Spenden kann.
Schluss
Natürlich gibt es noch viel mehr Firmen und Unternehmen, die gratis Baby-Sachen anbieten. Meine Aufzählung beinhaltet die, welche ich ausprobiert habe und als seriös empfinde.
Beachtet in jedem Fall, dass ihr euch für die kostenlosen Artikel immer irgendwie registrieren bzw. anmelden müsst. Damit gebt ihr genau genommen eure personenbezogenen Daten im Gegenzug für kostenlose Artikel heraus. Bevor ihr also darauf los-surft und nach kostenlosen Artikeln sucht, recherchiert nach dem Unternehmen und nach Kundenbewertungen. Es bringt euch nämlich wenig, wenn euer E-Mail Postfach durch Newsletter zugemüllt wird, welche ihr nicht haben wollt und im schlimmsten Fall kriegt das Unternehmen es nicht auf die Reihe euch abzumelden. Das bringt nur Frust und ist dieser einen kostenlosen Schnuller wert?
Die von mir oben benannten Anbieter haben zumindest mir gegenüber einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Etwaige (nachträgliche) Newsletter-Abmeldungen haben für mich reibungslos funktioniert. Auch die erhaltenen Artikel gefallen mir bisher sehr gut.

Schwangerschaftsupdate
Heute waren wir zum zweiten Screening beim Frauenarzt. Das Baby wiegt knapp 305 Gramm und hat gewöhnliche Abmessungen. Was es wird, wissen wir noch nicht hundertprozentig. In der 17. SSW gab es nur eine Vermutung. Heute, bei 20 + 2 hat Baby M beschlossen im Schneidersitz zu sitzen und den Arsch ganz nach hinten in die Ecke zu drücken. Ob es wohl nach Mama kommt und den eigenen Kopf durchsetzt?
Davon mal angesehen, dass wir das Geschlecht bis Ende November eh für uns behalten wollen, hat Baby M wohl beschlossen auch die werdenden Eltern warten zu lassen.
Meine einzige Hoffnung liegt jetzt nur noch bei der Feindiagnostik, welche Ende September ansteht. Hoffentlich wird Baby M uns dann zeigen, was es genau wird.
Und apropos habe ich zwischen meinem letzten Vorsorgetermin und dem von heute lediglich 2 kg zugenommen. Da ich ohnehin dick bin, freue ich mich natürlich darüber, wenn ich so wenig wie möglich an Gewicht zulege. An dieser Stelle also ein ‚yaaay‘.
Ansonsten ist Baby M gesund und munter. Die Organe sind da wo sie sein sollen. Da ich jedoch Schwangerschaftsdiabetes habe, ist die Feindiagnostik trotzdem ein Muss für uns, da hierdurch einfach viel mehr Risiken für das Baby bestehen. Abgesehen von der Diabetes habe ich eine erkrankte Schilddrüse (Hashimoto), was meinen Gesundheitszustand und die des Babys ebenfalls beeinflussen kann. Daher nehmen wir gerne alle Untersuchungen, die angeboten werden, an. Denn trotz des Diabetes und der Schilddrüsenerkankung kann man, wenn man Anomalien an der Entwicklung früh genug erkennt, etwas dagegen unternehmen. Auch wenn es dem Baby gut geht, hat meine Frauenärztin heute gesagt, dass die Geburt am bzw. um den Entbindungstermin aufgrund der Diabetes eingeleitet werden muss, sofern Baby M beschließt noch länger im Uterus verweilen zu wollen. Was ich hiervon halte, weiß ich noch nicht..

Now we’re ready: here comes my second blog entry. In this blog entry I w’d like to introduce you to companies which offer baby clubs and baby articles free of charge as a promotional gift. At the end there is a short update about my pregnancy. If you’re only interested in the pregnancy update please click here.
Baby clubs and free baby articles
First of all, I want like to say in advance that I’ve not entered into any cooperation agreements with the following companies/enterprises. The only reason why I name them is that as a student I know how tight the wallet of expectant parents can be. I hope to be able to be able to help you out in saving money.
Rossmann babyworld
The drugstore chain Rossmann offers a baby club called babywelt. In order to register, you first have to register with Rossmann. After the successful registration you can unlock the babywelt, so to speak.
First the usual Rossmann customer account:
By registering you get access to various vouchers. For this you can download the Rossmann app for iOS and log in. Various coupons are then made available, whereby the general conditions can be read in each individual coupon. Depending on availability, there are coupons for tampons or soft tampons, shower gels, various juices and bars, perfume, make-up and much more. The offer of these coupons varies, so I don’t assume any liability for non-existent coupons.
As soon as you have activated the babywelt, the general overview of the usual coupons will appear, as well as the babywelt coupons. Also included are coupons for diapers, wet wipes, care products for mum and/or baby, etc.
But after the registration there are likewise free products. Rossmann, for example, offers a „Anticipation Bag“. This has various samples and, depending on the filling, even NUK bottles or soothers for newborns by Rossmann’s own brand. The contents of this bag change, but you can always assume that you can save a little money with it.
You should always look for the coupons, because diaper packs from Pampers or Rossmann’s own brand are often offered as free products.
According to the Rossmann website, you can wait for a „hurrah package“ after birth. Of course, I can’t say anything about this yet 😉
DM Glückskind
The registration for DM glückskind works pretty much like Rossmanns babywelt.
As soon as you download a corresponding app to your mobile phone, you can activate various coupons and redeem them at the checkout. Also here the conditions can be taken from the individual coupons by clicking on them.
Instead of a „Anticipation bag“ DM offers a free nursing scarf made of organic cotton. Even if you don’t need a nursing scarf, you can cut it to size and use it as reusable towels for the little one. Cotton is robust and can therefore usually be washed at higher temperatures in the washing machine. Maybe I can save you the purchase of one or the other gauze cloth (of course I know that this is not the same, but it is a free alternative). Also DM offers free diapers from time to time. Regular check-ins can be worth it.
As with Rossmann, you’ll also find coupons for various items such as briefs, Nexa Lotte (against fly critters), muesli bars, dishwasher tabs and much more.
Thanks to the coupons of the two drugstore giants, we were already able to collect a small stock of diapers. There is still about 4.5 months until the delivery, so there is still enough time to use the offered coupons.
My personal tip: both drugstores offer vouchers for Weleda pregnancy oil. This oil has saved me so often when I just couldn’t stop scratching my skin (it starts scratching as soon as it starts to expand). Of course, this oil won’t protect you from stretch marks, but it has at least soothed me very well.
Apta Club
The Apta-Club not only offers you a cuddle cloth as a welcome gift, but also sends you useful information about pregnancy as a newsletter. However, if you only want the sweet cuddly towel, you can register and revoke your consent to receive the newsletter after receiving it.
Hipp Baby Club
After registering with the Hipp Baby Club, you’ll receive a pregnancy calendar at some point before the fourth month of pregnancy. Yes, there’s Hipp advertising on it, but when your wallet is too tight, aren’t you happy about free articles? If you want them, of course.
We have kept ours but haven’t filled it out yet. Mine was personalized with my name.
Between the fourth and ninth month of pregnancy there will probably be a package containing Hipp care products for trial and a JAKO-O handrim. This package has not reached me yet, but I am convinced that it will reach me in the future.
In addition there is an app from Hipp, at least for iOS. In this app you can find nappy-changing rooms, nursing rooms, playgrounds and much more in your surroundings. In addition, categories such as „baby food“ are offered in which you can, for example, create a daily plan for your baby.
JAKO-O
The company JAKO-O offers a free baby body. For this you have to put it in the shopping cart and indicate the advantage number. You will find the exact instructions as soon as you search Google for „JAKO-O Body free of charge“ and read the general conditions on the provider’s website.
We had ordered this and already received it. The cotton body feels high quality. Since you only get the size 68/74, it will probably take a while until Baby Mizrahi wears it.
Even if bodies don’t cost much, you save at least 9,- € for the body and the shipping costs.
Federal Centre for Health Education (BZgA)
The office gives you something for free – really? On the website of the BZgA you can order various mother passport envelopes free of charge. Those are offered in the colours blue, orange or blue-pink.
If you want to protect your mother passport, but want to do so without an expensive Amazon cover, then these covers are well suited. Please keep in mind that you can enter more than one pregnancy in your mother passport and you should keep it for subsequent pregnancies.
If you’re often travelling by car, it is advisable to take your mother’s passport with you at all times. This may lead to increased wear and tear of your maternity pass.
Pampers Club
Although you regularly get coupons for Pampers in the apps of Rossmann and DM, it can also be worth registering at the Pampers Club.
The Pampers Club offers various information and tips in the log-in area, as well as other coupons. Which savings fox will miss them?
Pampers offers an app for iOS where you can collect loyalty points. This works as follows:
As soon as you buy Pampers, you photograph the receipt. After submission, you receive 10 points per € spent (for Pampers products, of course). The collected points can be redeemed for rewards. Let’s be honest, the baby will consume how many hundreds of diapers by the time it gets dry? – That’s right, way too many. If you buy Pampers anyway, why not collect the points? At the moment, there are various categories of rewards on offer, such as toys, baby accessories, baby clothes, gift cards and much more. What I find especially great is that you can also donate as a bonus.
Conclusion
Of course, there are many more companies that offer free baby things. My list includes those that I’ve tried and found to be serious.
Please note that you always have to register for the free articles somehow. In this way you give out your personal data in return for free articles. So before you go online and search for free stuff, keep in mind to search for the company and customer reviews. It won’t do you any good if your e-mail inbox is filled with newsletters that you don’t want and in the worst case, the company won’t implement your unsubscribtion properly. That only brings frustration and is this one worth a free pacifier?
The providers I mentioned above made a good impression to me at least. Any (subsequent) newsletter cancellations worked smoothly for me.

Pregnancy update
Today we went to the gynaecologist for the second screening. The baby weighs almost 305 grams and has usual dimensions. We still don’t know the gender of our baby for sure. In the 17th week there was only an assumption. Today, at 20 weeks 2 says Baby M decided to sit cross-legged and push its bum all the way back into the corner. I wonder if it will just be like its Mama and put his own head through?
Considering that we want to keep to ourselves the sex until the end of November anyway, Baby M probably decided to let the expectant parents wait as well.
My only hope now lies only in the fine diagnostics, which is due at the end of September. Hopefully Baby M will then show us exactly what it will be.
And apropos I only gained 2 kg between my last check-up and today’s check-up. Since I’m fat anyway, I’m super happy if I gain as little weight as possible. So here’s a ‚yaaay‘.
Otherwise Baby M is healthy and lively. The organs are where they should be. Since I have gestational diabetes, however, the fine diagnosis is still a must for us, because it simply means a lot more risks for the baby. Apart from diabetes, I have a diseased thyroid gland (Hashimoto), which can also affect my health and that of the baby. Therefore, we are happy to accept any examinations that are offered.
When you detect abnormalities in development early enough, you can do something about it, should it be caused by the diabetes of my thyroids.
Even if the baby is doing well, my gynaecologist said today that I can’t go overdue and will be induced if the baby doesn’t come by itself due to diabetes. I don’t know what I think about this yet.
